The report highlights the continued importance of social media as a primary source of information, support, and discussion for refugees from Ukraine and host communities in Moldova. Online platforms remain spaces where people actively seek guidance on legal status, access to services, social assistance, and community activities.
A significant share of monitored conversations reflects practical information needs, especially related to documentation, healthcare, social protection, and day-to-day integration challenges. Questions asked by community members indicate ongoing uncertainty and the need for clear, timely, and accessible information.
It is issued by InfoUnit, a project implemented by A.O. “Moldova for Peace” with the support of the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR), and by Laolaltă for the civic initiative.
