Guests of honor visiting the 151 Community Center

With great honor and recognition of their efforts to support vulnerable communities, we are happy to share a special moment when the President of Moldova – Maia Sandu, the Goodwill Ambassador of the UNHCR – Christine Davis and the Head of the UNHCR in Moldova – Francesca Bonelli visited the Public Center 151 on Friday, 15 September

This visit is an important step in supporting the rights and well-being of temporarily displaced persons from Ukraine and vulnerable communities in Moldova, as well as in strengthening the partnership aimed at increasing the degree of integration and support of these communities.

President Maya Sandu and Ambassador Christine Davis had the opportunity to communicate with the beneficiaries of our Center and learn more about their life stories, the problems they face, and their aspirations. This meeting became a moment of understanding and sympathy and emphasized the importance of supporting refugees and vulnerable communities.
